On the 1/12/11 Platinum Physiotherapy held their Annual Charity Day. All patients with an appointment on this day were asked 
to bring in a child's toy to the value of their normal consultation fee. If patient's did not bring in a toy then normal consultation 
fee was charged and the full amount donated to Platinum Physiotherapy's charity of choice 'Central Coast Kids In Need'. 

Central Coast Kids In Need are a small volunteer group who raise money to provide financial assistance to families of seriously 
ill Central Coast children who are required to go to Sydney/Newcastle hospitals for treatment. They pay their accommodation and 
travel expenses.

Platinum Physiotherapy not only think that this is a great charity to support but also think that supporting a local charity is a way 
of giving back to the community. We employ and work with staff who have young families and we could only imagine what it 
would be like to have an ill child and the stress and worry that this would cause within the family. To have not only the worry 
of your ill child but also the worry that you might not be able to afford to go back and forth to visit your child would be 
devastating. 

On the 22/12/11 Platinum Physiotherapy presented a cheque valued at $1,592.40 to Central Coast Kids In Need.
